This is a great opportunity to join a Global Medical Device Company to deliver exceptional reception and administration support. You'll be the friendly face of the workplace, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all employees, visitors and contractors.
The role
The role:
* This is a full time, onsite position based in Scoresby
* Monday to Friday. Hours are either 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional later finishes to support events.
* The position starts immediately
* 6-months with the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate
What you'll be doing
* Managing reception and front desk operations
* Greeting visitors and assisting with contractor check in and inductions
* Coordinating couriers and deliveries
* Meeting room set up, resets and general workplace presentation
* Administrative support across the workplace experience function
* Kitchen and supplies top ups, ensuring all shared spaces are tidy and welcoming
* Supporting events where required
* Being a trusted point of contact for employees onsite
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in reception, corporate concierge, facilities or workplace support
* Strong communication and people skills with a polished, professional presentation
* Confident with administrative tasks and Microsoft systems
* Reliable, proactive and customer focused
* Ability to commit to full time onsite work
* Happy to undergo a National Police Check if successful
