About the role
We have an opportunity for a Solution Architect to be part of our Enterprise Architecture & Strategy, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Solution Architect is responsible for the development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.

Target Question 1: Explain your methodology for designing solutions within large, complex environments. Include the key factors you evaluated such as inter‑dependencies and other elements that could influence successful project delivery. Provide an overview of the high‑level architecture for the solution you implemented, and describe the challenges faced during its design and execution. Highlight any security‑related issues encountered and the measures taken to mitigate them.
Target Question 2: Describe your experience in performing option analyses for solution proposals presented to stakeholders, including the methods you used to evaluate alternatives and support informed decision‑making. Additionally, explain your involvement with project and solution governance boards, covering how you prepared for governance reviews, presented solutions for approval, and managed feedback or conditions set by these boards.

Total Remuneration Package: $176,910 pa. Package includes salary from $149,739 to $156,088, plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
