About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Toowoomba Outlet.
This is a fixed‑term part‑time role ending July 2026 .
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
* Drive a high‑performing team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service
* Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
* Maintain store operations including stock management and visual merchandising (VM)
* Enforce store policies, procedures and health & safety standards
* Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to help staff develop
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
* Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills
* Experience in retail operations and stock management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
