About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administration Officer to join our Sydney office. This role is pivotal in supporting the Senior Asset & Tenancy Manager by overseeing the performance and compliance of external property managers, ensuring our property portfolio is maintained to the highest standards.
Note: This role will require interstate travel to support property inspections, handovers, and oversight of property management activities across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance & Repairs Oversight
Monitor and evaluate maintenance activities carried out by property managers, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes aligned with budget and service expectations.
* Property Inspections & Asset Planning
Coordinate and review inspection schedules and reports, contributing to strategic asset planning and compliance across multiple states.
* Documentation & Systems Management
Maintain and improve documentation systems related to property management, including inspection records, modification approvals, and warranty tracking.
* Compliance & Data Analysis
Analyze internal and external data to support rental reviews and ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations.
* Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams and external property managers to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment.
