**The Opportunity**
The Virginia Manufacturing team is part of the wider DuluxGroup Supply Chain across Australia.
We are looking for a Render Leading Hand. Join our production team based in Virginia, Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and be part of a growing team.
If you are familiar with basic lean manufacturing/continuous improvement principles and passionate about supervising a plant, this could be the role for you!
In the role you will also lead a team of two.
**Day to day you will**:
- Plan and execute of the site production plan
- Day-to-day supervision of manufacturing and filling areas to complete the daily production schedule
- Be the back-up to the production supervisor, as required
- Coach the team on the right service behaviours
**Ideally you will have;**
- Experience in production environment
- A love of physical work and attention to detail
- Physically fit - no impairments to bending & lifting
- Ability to lead a team through problem-solving and improvement projects.
- Forklift Licence
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19
