Job Title
We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our dynamic team. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality in-home support services to valued customers in Katherine and surrounds.

We provide in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently.

* Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
* Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to medical appointments
* Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
* Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
* Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
About you:
* Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
* Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
* Comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR
* Current Australian Drivers Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)
