Charlestown | Monday - Friday We’re on the lookout for a warm, organised and motivated Receptionist who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. About the role: You’ll be the face and voice of the office, supporting both the Property Management and Sales teams while delivering great customer experiences every day. Key responsibilities include: Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Managing incoming calls, emails and front desk enquiries Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area Assisting with meeting room bookings and appointment preparation Handling mail, deliveries and office supplies Providing general administrative support to Property Management and Sales teams Data entry, filing and document preparation Calendar and appointment scheduling support Preparing marketing materials and property information packs Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors as required About you: Positive attitude with strong communication skills Well organised and reliable Comfortable juggling multiple tasks Keen interest in real estate (experience preferred but not essential) Willing to obtain your Certificate of Registration if you don’t already have one What’s on offer: Monday to Friday role – your weekends are yours Supportive and welcoming team environment Genuine opportunity to get your foot in the door in real estate Training and development provided Chelsea Ashard cashard@goughrecruitment.com 0499 298 133
