As a Qualified Baker, you will play a key role in the daily production of fresh bread and bakery goods. You will follow Bakers Delight recipes and procedures, ensure high food safety standards are maintained, and contribute positively to a team-focused workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
* Daily preparation and baking of bread and bakery products
* Following Bakers Delight systems, recipes, and quality standards
* Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
* Managing dough production, proving, baking, and finishing
* Working efficiently to meet daily production schedules
* Supporting and mentoring apprentice or junior bakers where required
