Your Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personalized care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met;
* Assisting clients with daily activities, such as showering, dressing, and medication management;
* Developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being;
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide holistic care, addressing the unique needs of each client;
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities.
Your Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid/CPR certification;
* Experience working in a direct care role, preferably in aged care or disability services;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues;
* A commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on safety, dignity, and respect.
