Job Description
Reporting to the Director Infrastructure Services, the Executive Manager will drive strategic and operational delivery of Council's infrastructure services.
This includes leading development and implementation of asset management plans, driving productivity and service improvements across a decentralised environment, and overseeing annual maintenance programs and capital works projects.
* Developing and implementing asset management plans aligned to Council's budget and strategic priorities
* Driving improvement initiatives to boost workforce engagement and operational efficiency
* Overseeing $22M annual maintenance program and delivering $10-15M in capital works projects annually

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful, you'll need:
* A degree in engineering (RPEQ preferred) with at least 6 years' experience in infrastructure operations
* Proven capability leading multidisciplinary teams and driving change initiatives
* Strong leadership skills with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams
