Horticulture Crew Member Job Overview
Maintaining public spaces with specialized equipment is a key responsibility of the Horticulture Crew Member.
* White Card Certification is mandatory.
* Certificate III in Horticulture (preferred) demonstrates relevant expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual who can effectively maintain public spaces using advanced horticultural techniques and equipment. This includes ensuring that all outdoor areas, such as parks and gardens, remain well-manicured and safe for visitors. To achieve this goal, you will need to have a solid understanding of plant care principles and be skilled in operating various types of horticultural machinery.
Skillset Required:
1. You must hold a valid White Card or equivalent certification indicating compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
2. A Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher qualification) would be advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates willing to learn or upgrade their skills within our organization.
