We are seeking Therapy Assistants who can provide mobility and exercise programs under the direction of physiotherapists. The successful candidate will also be involved in planning and organizing therapy programs, including recreational and other therapeutic activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and coach staff. A Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or higher/equivalent is required, with experience in a similar role preferred.
Job Requirements:
* Hold a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or higher/equivalent.
* A Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent/higher or experience (desirable).
* Have experience in a similar role (Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physiotherapist Assistant).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coach staff to deliver quality lifestyle and therapy activities.
* Sound written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Have empathy with the elderly.
* Have full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
