As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and organised Office Administrator to support our Office Manager and keep operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is a hands‐on administration role in a fast‐paced trade environment. You will play a key part in supporting job coordination, customer communication and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and managing customer enquiries
* Booking and scheduling jobs
* Managing email inboxes
* Preparing jobs for invoicing
* Quote follow-ups and customer "happy calls"
* Maintaining accurate job and compliance records
Qualifications:
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Organised and able to prioritise
* Confident using computer systems and software
* Experience in a trade or service business (highly regarded)
Other Requirements:
* Must be based in Australia with full rights to work full time without sponsorship or visas
