Join Our Team As OSHC Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead our OSHC service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging programs, mentoring their team of educators, and building positive relationships within the school community.
Key responsibilities include rostering for the service, managing compliance documents, and performing administrative tasks.
* Lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
* Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
* Be the face of our organisation and create positive relationships within the school community.
* Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
* Rostering for your service with support from our management team.
* Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
* Hours: 6.30am - 9.00am & 2.00pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours
Key Qualifications
* Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
* Employee Blue Card valid in the relevant state.
* Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
* Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
