Rental Coordinator Position
As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for meeting all customer requirements at our branch. Your role involves ensuring that superior customer service is achieved and maintained at all times.
* Monitor fleet availability on a daily basis to meet customer needs.
* Complete pre and post-rental procedures efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary reports.
* Discuss damage and missing items with customers, resolving the matter before finalizing contracts.
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, tourism, or administration.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to learn and sell products/services.
* High attention to detail and sound computer literacy skills.
* Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class).
