Australian Construction Group is a construction service provider with capabilities in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction, based in Newcastle NSW.
We require a motivated, reliable and collaborative individual to fill a full-time position currently available within the company for a Junior Receptionist, located at our office in Cameron Park.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Office reception duties, answering phones and greeting clients and guests.
* Administration of all vehicles, plant and equipment; insurance, registration, inspections, fuel cards, updating and maintaining registers/databases.
* Stationery and office supply orders.
* PPE distribution and ordering of stock.
* Booking travel and accommodation as required.
* Administration support as required.
What you'll need to succeed
* HIGH attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
* Time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work unsupervised and willing to be proactive within your role.
* Reliable with the ability to take initiative.
Knowledge in the below Computer Software would be an advantage
* Internet search ability.
