End User Computing Technical Lead
This role is a key opportunity for an experienced IT professional to drive the strategic transformation of end-user technology within a forward-thinking organisation.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, deployment and management of Windows 11 upgrades across the enterprise, designing and managing end-user computing environments with a focus on Microsoft Intune. They will develop and enforce policies for device management, app deployment and compliance, troubleshoot complex issues and provide mentorship to IT team members.
We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a senior systems engineer or similar technical leadership role, with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows OS and related technologies. A degree in computer science or a related field is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, deployment and management of Windows 11 upgrades across the organisation.
* Design and manage end-user computing environments with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
* Develop and enforce policies for device management, app deployment and compliance.
* Troubleshoot complex issues related to devices, OS and applications.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a senior systems engineer or similar technical leadership role.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment and policy management.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, especially Windows 11.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services.
