Job Description
We are seeking skilled infrastructure specialists to support the construction and maintenance of our road network. This role involves physically demanding, outdoor work using hand tools and machinery, assisting tradespeople and operators to ensure our highways remain safe and efficient.
Key Requirements
* A valid drivers license
* A construction industry white card
* Ability to work on foot or willingness to obtain
* Plant operation tickets and HR licenses are highly regarded
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience in road construction or maintenance
* A strong understanding of safety procedures
* Teamwork and collaboration skills
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
Working Conditions
* Varying shifts, typically 8-10 hours per day
* Rostered days off applicable, with a 9-day fortnight structure
* Flexibility to camp away when required
