Job Description
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining work schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring job progress to ensure deadlines are achieved. You will play a critical role in identifying potential delays and collaborating with teams to resolve issues before they affect delivery.
What You’ll Do
* Create and manage work schedules, including resource planning and deadlines
* Monitor job progress and update schedules as required
* Liaise with team leaders and departments to coordinate workloads
* Communicate scheduling changes internally and also to our clients
* Identify potential delays and assist with contingency planning
* Maintain accurate scheduling records and prepare basic reports
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems
* Building or construction industry experience (preferred)
