THE ROLE
* Operate of all processing plant equipment relating to: Milling, CIL, Crushing & the Elution circuit as well as the control room and tailings storage facilities
* Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner
* Operate process control systems using CITECT
* Identify and diagnose items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair
* Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant
* Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required
WHAT DO I NEED
* Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
* Experience working within a gold processing plant
* Experience with Sag/Ball Mill Operations
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable)
* Confined Space Ticket (desirable)
* Gas Testing Ticket (desirable)
* Working at Heights Ticket (desirable)
* Forklift Licence (desirable)
* A can-do, team-oriented attitude
* Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
* Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
* Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
* Excellent communication skills
