The Team & Role
This role will be a key member of the Peninsula Care Group Nutrition & Dietetics Leadership Team, supporting and facilitating staff development in all areas of Dietetic practice. Working with the Head of Nutrition & Dietetics and the Nutrition & Dietetics Leadership Team, the Learning Hub, the Allied Health Clinical Educators, the Dietetics Student Placement Coordinator, and other relevant stakeholders, the Dietetics Clinical Educator will contribute to the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of education and training to support all Dietitians. The Dietetics Clinical Educator will also support, and contribute to, opportunities for inter-professional learning and development at Peninsula Care Group more broadly.

Skills & Experience Required
The following qualifications and/or experience are essential for this position:
• Member or eligible for membership of Dietitians Australia
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering clinical education
• Demonstrated experience in a range of clinical settings
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult and experiential learning principles and their application
• Experience in implementing change and/or service improvement
• Proven ability to work in a team and effectively engage with a range of stakeholders
• High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
