With a core focus on property maintenance, commercial fit‑outs and construction management, KPS is expanding and seeking a commercially astute senior professional to lead the company's next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
* Drive the growth and vision of the business through the development and execution of effective sales and operations strategies.
* Take full P&L accountability for the division, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth.
* Lead a small team of Project Managers.
* Establish and lead the annual budgeting process for the company.
* Develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
* Facilitate thorough commercial, contract, and risk handovers to project delivery teams, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
* Provide strategic and visionary leadership to the project delivery team to foster a collaborative, accountable, and results‑driven culture.
* Implement process improvements and solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning activities.
* Analyse market trends to determine pricing strategies, balancing costs, competition, and demand to drive profitability.
* Utilise sales data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing insights to overall business strategy.
Background & Key Skills Required
* Extensive experience within the property maintenance / construction / project management sector.
* A successful track record in initiating, growing and maintaining a diverse, profitable and high‑performing portfolio of clients.
* An ethos of providing an exceptional customer experience and delivering value‑add solutions to clients.
* Ability to blend strategic thinking with tactical sales execution to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and financial astuteness.
* High levels of professional integrity, initiative and innovative thinking.
