**About the Role**
The Guest Services Manager will provide operational direction to the Guest Services/Wardsperson team delivering a high standard to our patients, staff and guests within a safe environment.
This full time permanent role will report into the Manager Support Services and oversee 4 Team Leaders across the Guest Services/Cleaning and Wardspersons team. The hours of work are 7am -3pm Monday to Friday and you will be successful if you have at least 5 years' previous management experience within the Healthcare or Hospitality industry and at least 2 years' experience working in 4 or 5 star hotel supervising housekeeping staff. This role is hands on and you will not only manage and provide direction to a high performing team, you will have the ability to engage, motivate and collaboratively influence others of all disciplines to achieve required outcomes with your professional/positive approach earning the trust of your teams.
