Role Overview
We empower our teams to build meaningful connections and deliver exceptional care, supported by accessible leaders who encourage professional development and growth.
Benevolent organisations like Benetas transform the experience of ageing through collaboration and investment in people and services. Our inclusive culture adapts to change together, valuing your safety, wellbeing and contribution.
The Role
You will maximise client wellbeing, client experience with our staff, and staff experience providing care to those at home through effective management, scheduling, and allocation of our direct care workforce.
This includes rostering staff to align with the SCHADS award, accurate and timely client service rostering, and cost-effective rostering. You will work collaboratively with senior staff and regional team members, maintain electronic records, and seek and respond to client feedback.
About This Opportunity
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in rostering/scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem solve and stay organised. Strategies for engaging remote workforces are also highly desirable. Qualifications in aged care or related fields are an advantage.

With not-for-profit salary packaging and comprehensive training opportunities, you will feel valued and empowered to make a real impact. Let's adapt to change together and live our best work/life in a people-centred environment.
