* Assist with the seamless checking-in and checking-out of arriving and departing guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* Previous experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is highly desirable.
* Strong ability to utilize basic Microsoft Office systems effectively.
* Excellent time management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
