About the role:
* Deliver specialist clinical psychology services, including screening, assessment, and evidence-based interventions for clients with substance use issues.
* Promote harm reduction and primary health care principles within the Diversion Team and broader community.
* Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and culturally safe client care.
* Contribute to the development of service models, including prevention and early intervention strategies.
* Engage in continuous learning and quality improvement activities to maintain the highest clinical standards.
About you:
* You hold an APAC accredited four-year qualification in Psychology.
* You are registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist (General or Provisional).
* You demonstrate a high level of knowledge and skill in clinical psychology service provision.
* You communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
* You are committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
* You participate in quality and service improvement activities that enhance care delivery.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $43.68 - $58.59 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
* 17.5% leave loading
