In this role, you'll work closely with senior brokers, supporting them across client management, policy administration, quoting, and renewals, while gaining exposure to a broad range of business insurance products.This is more than just an admin role—your contribution will directly support client outcomes and set you on a pathway towards becoming a qualified Insurance Broker.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support to senior brokers across client portfoliosAssist with policy renewals, quoting, and documentation preparationManage client and insurer communication with accuracy and professionalismMaintain compliance and ensure records are kept up to dateLearn the end-to-end insurance process with structured mentoring and supportAbout YouOrganised, detail-oriented, and eager to learnStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentKeen to build a career in insurance, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindsetTier 1 qualified (or working towards).
