About the Role:
Our organisation is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a small team in our warehouse, ensuring seamless and safe operations.
* Lead and support the team to meet daily operational targets
* Coordinate goods inwards/outwards, inventory control, and product movements
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (counterbalance and/or high reach)
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food handling standards
* Liaise with production and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow
* Assist in training, mentoring, and developing warehouse staff
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
* A current forklift licence (essential)
* Previous leadership or team leader experience preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
