In the role of Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and business support services for the Economic Strategy division. The Economic Strategy Division is responsible for providing strategic economic, revenue and regulatory reform policy advice, developing economic and revenue forecasts, and advising on economic impact modelling and data to inform public policy and decision making across government.
Provide support and advice to external clients regarding general matters within Economics' areas of responsibility. Organise travel arrangements including the planning of itineraries, travel bookings, accommodation. Maintain corporate registers for Investment including training, telephones and cab charge E-Tickets. Coordinate Facilities and IT related activities, e.g., movement of staff, issuing of Identification and Access Cards, and IT service desk requests. Provide general administrative support to Economic Strategy staff and undertake other duties as required, including but not limited to answering telephones, photocopying, binding, scanning, delivery of documents, maintenance of contact lists and reimbursement of expenses.
