We are seeking an organised and driven Property Manager to assist with the daily activities of our property management department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping;
* Coordinate repairs and replacements for properties under management;
* Conduct inspections to ensure high standards are maintained;
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to showcase properties;
* Prepare documentation related to property management, such as leases;
* Coordinate open homes and appointments to show properties to potential buyers;
* Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords regarding property matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to build rapport with colleagues, tenants and landlords;
* Experience working with a range of IT & software platforms;
* Customer service focused and highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest;
* Current driver's license and own car.
