Join our ANZ Country Marketing team and play a leading role in developing and executing cohesive, integrated strategies that resonate with audiences and enhance our brand presence.What You’ll Do:Lead and execute exciting brand, product, and segment campaigns that captivate both candidates and hirers.Collaborate with creative teams (internal and external) to deliver engaging campaigns aligned with our brand plan.Coordinate cross-functional teams for creative development, media buying, and performance optimization.Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum impact.Manage external agency relationships and budgets to ensure seamless campaign execution.The Team You’ll Join:The ANZ Country Marketing team drives marketing plans to generate leads, acquire customers, and retain clients across segments, while championing SEEK’s brand and positioning locally. The Integrated Campaigns team develops bold, creative ATL campaigns for hirers and candidates, ensuring alignment with SEEK’s overall brand vision.
