Your New Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst for a 9‐month maximum tenure contract to manage and support end‐to‐end testing activities across a complex, multi‐vendor environment.
The role is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating and executing system and integration testing with a strong emphasis on documentation, validation, governance, stakeholder coordination and consolidated reporting. This position acts as a key point of contact for all testing‐related activities and ensures quality outcomes across cross‐functional delivery streams.
Key Responsibilities
* Review business requirements, functional specifications and solution design documents; ensure full traceability between requirements, design and test artefacts.
* Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans and detailed test cases; identify test environments, access and test data dependencies; provide test effort estimations and input into project schedules.
* Perform end‐to‐end testing across interconnected systems; support testing activities throughout the software development life cycle; perform test readiness assessments.
* Facilitate defect management including logging, triaging and retesting; manage testing risks and dependencies; ensure compliance with testing standards and governance frameworks.
* Coordinate testing activities across multiple vendor and internal teams; align testing timelines with release and deployment schedules; ensure evidence collection for audit purposes and provide testing progress and completion reporting.
About You And What You'll Bring
* Extensive experience using Azure DevOps for test execution and defect management.
* Strong hands‐on API integration testing experience.
* Experience writing detailed test cases for complex systems.
* Experience managing testing in multi‐vendor delivery environments.
* Strong coordination, analytical and problem‐solving and stakeholder management capability.
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance.
