As the Shop Manager, you will:
* Engage with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
* Writing quotes
* Negotiate with Assessors.
* Ordering parts
* Manage relationships with suppliers.
* Liaise with insurance companies
* Manage the staff on the shop floor to ensure the shop runs smoothly.
* Manage quality across all repairs.
* Deliver a monthly P&L with support from the Bookkeeper

If you:
* Have experience in the panel repair industry or similar (ideally in a management role)
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Good computer skills - Ideally using IBody or similar.
* Experience writing quotes
* Have leadership skills
* Are obsessed with quality and have a high attention to detail
