About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead new business growth and develop high-performing teams. This key role will drive sales strategy, process refinement, and team empowerment.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a Business Development team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
* Drive new business acquisition through refined strategies and executed plans.
* Support major sales opportunities, ensuring impactful deals are executed effectively.
* Refine sales strategies and frameworks, including scripting, objection handling, and KPI tracking.
* Develop and implement sales structures and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
* Monitor sales performance and pipeline, identifying gaps and providing solutions for optimal results.
* Develop reporting frameworks to track key sales metrics and provide insights to leadership.
* Drive strategic decision-making with insightful reports for executive management and the Board.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
* Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, training, and overall team effectiveness.

* A proven sales leader with experience driving new business acquisition and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong strategic mindset, able to refine sales processes, set up frameworks, and create efficiencies.
* A natural mentor and coach, passionate about enabling team success through structure, training, and support.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
* Highly analytical and data-driven, using insights to track performance and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, able to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and implement scalable processes.
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-growing environment, balancing leadership with hands-on involvement where needed.
* Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on achieving business growth while maintaining a great team culture.
