About the Role:
They are expanding their team and seeking a talented M&A; lawyer to join them in delivering outstanding service and strategic counsel to their diverse client base. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, collaborating closely with experienced partners in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
In this role you will be involved in:
- Leading and managing M&A; transactions from inception to completion.
- Providing expert legal advice on a range of corporate matters, including due diligence, negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting and reviewing transactional documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cultivating strong client relationships and uphold their reputation for excellence in client service.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A;
- You will ideally come from a top tier or highly regarded mid tier firm
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
