We are looking for multiple passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles, on Permanent Part time basis or Casual.
About the role
Your role centers on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals as well as assisting clients with mealtimes, personal care, and medication.
Some activities our clients enjoy:
* Expressing themselves through creative mediums such as art, cooking, gardening
* Selling or exhibiting their creations to the community
* Maintaining health and wellbeing through activities like yoga and gym
About Us
At CPA Lifestyles, our clients participate in social and recreational activities, develop essential life skills, and engage with their local communities. We match clients with disability support workers based on their needs, interests, and passions. This role is based across our Lifestyles Program including day center, Outreach, and Individualized support in St Ives, Ryde, and surrounding North Shore areas. It is a day shift program, between 9 am - 3 pm.

Requirements
* Availability for at least 3-4 days per week, hours between 9 am and 3 pm
* Valid NSW driver's license P2 or full
