Job Title: Kitchen Showroom Host / Administration Assistant

Working Hours
* Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
* Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* Saturday: 8:30am – 12:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable individual to be the face of our kitchen showroom while assisting with administration and supporting our design team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients to the showroom
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings
* Book clients in for design consultations and quotes (no quote preparation required)
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom
* Assist designers with client follow-ups and general job support
* Show clients through the showroom and explain different finishes and products
* Assist clients with colour selections when required
* Ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming customer experience
About You
* Friendly, well-presented, and professional
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident interacting with clients
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Able to multitask and manage time effectively
* Comfortable using computers, email, and booking systems
* Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred
