About the role
We have a great opportunity in our
busy Brisbane office for a Paralegal (undergraduate) position to
work across our Public Liability, Construction and Health teams.
This is a casual contract, ideally working 3 days per week. You
will receive excellent mentoring and opportunities for professional
development.
You will have a varied workload and
some of your responsibilities will include:
* Providing support to lawyers and
legal secretaries
* Preparing briefs to Counsel
* Preparation of general correspondence
and court documents
* Compilation of bundles of documents
for Court filing
* Summarising records
* Legal Research
* General administrative duties
About you
We are looking for a law
undergraduate in their second or third year of study with strong
academics and a passion for the law. To excel in this role you will
have:
