Human Resources Officer
The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to fill the part-time (up to 28.5 hours per week) role of Human Resources Officer.
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. Primary duties include facilitating recruitment processes, implementing actions identified in the Shire's new Workforce Plan, overseeing annual performance and development reviews, coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding processes, providing advice for industrial relations matters, developing organisational training plans and develop and reviewing operational policies.
Conditions of Employment are in accordance with the Local Government Industry Award 2020 Level 5 with a cash salary range of $48,539 to $57,594 per annum, based on 28.5 hours per week (depending on qualifications and experience), plus up to 15% superannuation.
