About the Role:
Join our Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT) as a Mental Health Nurse and make a real impact for young people (12–25) experiencing, or at risk of, a first episode of psychosis.
You'll deliver extended‑hours, seven‑day services across intake and triage, comprehensive mental health and risk assessments (including MSE), crisis intervention, in‑reach to inpatient/sub‑acute settings, and intensive home‑based community treatment, within the EPPIC model and a youth‑friendly, recovery‑focused approach.
You'll collaborate closely with MATT Clinical Leads, the Early Psychosis teams (CCT/FRT), headspace Adelaide colleagues, GPs and external services to ensure timely, high‑quality, wrap‑around care for young people and their families/carers.
Experience Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
* Clinical experience of the assessment and effective management of younger people experiencing an acute psychosis and crisis services.
* Experience of working in an acute mental health setting.
Qualification and Other Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with Credentialed Mental Health Nurse status through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
* Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
* Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
* Current Driver's Licence
