**The Assignment**:
- 3 days a week assisting with out of office tasks
- Routine Inspections and reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants
- **6-12 months of Property Management experience**:
- **Current agents representative**:
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
- Valid driver's licence
