AsaTechnicalAccountManageryouwillberesponsibleforsecuring,maintaining,andgrowingMichelin'spresenceacrosskeyminingaccounts.Leveragingyourengineeringexpertise,youwillprovidetechnicalsupport,delivervalue-basedsolutions,andbuildstrongrelationshipswithcustomersatsitelevel.

YouwillcollaboratecloselywithMichelinteamsacrossAustraliaandglobally,contributingtoinnovativesolutionsthatimproveproductivity,safety,andcostefficiencyforourcustomers.

KeyResponsibilities,

ValueDemonstration

* DemonstratethevalueandperformancebenefitsofMichelinproductsandservices.
* Delivertechnicalsupport,producttrials,anddemonstrationstoenhancecustomeroutcomesinproductivity,safety,andcostefficiency.

DataAnalysis&Insights

* Collect,analyse,andinterpretdatarelatedtotyreperformance,wearrates,fuelefficiency,andsiteconditions.
* Translatedataintoactionableinsightsandrecommendationsthatoptimisecustomeroperations.

ClientRelationshipManagement

* Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholders,includingMineManagers,MaintenanceEngineers,WorkshopManagers,andProcurementteams.
* Actastheprimarypointofcontact,ensuringtimelyandeffectiveresolutionofcustomerneeds.

BusinessDevelopment

* Identifyandpursuenewbusinessopportunitieswithinexistingandnewminingcustomers.
* PromoteandsellMichelin'sfullportfolioofproductsandservices.

AccountManagement

* Assesscustomertyrepotentialandmanageaccountperformance.
* Collectpurchaseordersandensuredeliveriesarealignedwithcontractualcommitments.
* Achieveorexceedsalestargetsandperformanceobjectives.

Coordination&Planning

* Workcross-functionallytoensureseamlessservicedelivery.
* PlanandexecuteactivitiesalignedwithMichelin'sbusinessstrategy.

Reporting&Documentation

* Maintainaccuraterecordsofcustomerinteractions,salesactivity,andmarketinsights.
* Prepareregularreportsonsalesperformanceandmarketconditions.

AqualificationinMechanical,Mining,orarelateddisciplineprovidesastrongfoundationtounderstandthetechnicalaspectsoftherole.Youbringexperienceinclientservice,technical,orsales-focusedpositionsandexcelatbuildingstrongrelationships,confidentlyengagingwithstakeholdersatalllevels,sharinginsights,solvingchallenges,andinfluencingoutcomes.

Analyticalbynature,youenjoyturningdataintoactionablerecommendationsthatdriverealimpact.YouareproficientinCRMsystemsandMicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,PowerPoint),flexible,andwillingtotravelasrequired.
