We're looking for a motivated Field Business Development Manager to join our Outsourced Sales team and champion the Real Dairy brand across a defined Melbourne territory. What You'll Be Doing Account Management & Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for Real Dairy end users within your designated territory Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across Foodservice Conduct regular in-person meetings to present, sell, and grow product uptake Drive incremental business using a strategic pull/push approach Sales & Business Development Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustained account growth Monitor competitor activity and market trends to sharpen your approach Operate in line with Real Dairy's agreed route-to-market strategy Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and service delivery Feed market intelligence back to inform strategic planning Represent the company at trade events, industry meetings, and networking opportunities Who We're Looking For Experience Minimum 12 months in Foodservice account management, sales, or business development Demonstrated ability to manage and grow end user accounts within the Foodservice industry Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial development skills A chef or culinary background is a bonus — but not essential Skills & Competencies Results-driven with a sharp sales mindset and genuine hunger to exceed targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build rapport effortlessly Well-organised and self-managed, capable of running a busy territory independently Data-savvy and comfortable using performance insights to guide your decisions What’s In It For You?
