Snapshot of What to Expect in This Role
* Fast paced and hands on, working across multiple sites in the Bundaberg region
* Administration of all Safety and Quality administration tasks including updating registers, SWMS, Toolbox Talks, ISO accreditation documents
* Reviewing, revising and or developing Safety documents from SWMS, SOP, Policies and Procedures
* Supporting all aspects of our ISO accreditation process
* Actively engaging and working with all our work sites from Construction, Factory, Steel Framing and Office to create a safety and quality culture
About the Person
The ideal candidate must have a passion for Work Health and Safety, have ambition and drive to lead and drive safety tasks and a desire to learn and grow on the job! You must have strong foundational skills in Administration, Technology, Organisational and Time Management.
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated working experience in Work Health and Safety.
* Qualifications in Work Health and Safety or working towards obtaining a qualification would be advantageous.
* The ability to build and maintain engaged relationships with all stakeholders.
* Must be an Administration superstar with experience with Microsoft Office, Document Development, Document Control and Training.
* Highly organised and the ability to manage time and priorities.
* Happy to embrace and work with all aspects of technology whether it is to create, present, deliver.
* Must have the ability to use initiative, think critically and come to the table with solutions and ideas.
Nice to Have Qualities
* Experience working in manufacturing, production and construction would be advantageous
