Ayr Medical Group is looking for a General Practitioner to join their practice.
Ayr Medical Group is a doctor-owned and operated practice that has provided care to our local community for more than four decades. Our modern medical centre, strategically situated close to Ayr District Hospital, the ambulance station and Aged Care facility is purpose-built with 9 consultation rooms, treatment rooms and 2 procedure rooms. We maintain a mixed billing approach.
Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 8am to 11am. Our practice is accredited and has dedicated nurses to support doctors. Our facility has on-site QML pathology collection, Pharmacy and Diagnostic Imaging including x-ray CT and ultrasound.
Responsibilities
* Provide GP services.
* Work hours are 8am to 5pm and possibly some Saturdays 8am to 11am.
* Practice provides full range of GP work, including skin cancer management and treatment.
Qualifications and Experience
AHPRA registration and a minimum of two years of work experience as a GP.

Salary Information
Salary is negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience.
Ayr is located 93km south of Townsville and it is a two hour drive south to Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays. GPs have reception staff, nursing staff, and other FRACGP Doctors available to support you daily.
