About This Role
This is an office-based sales position with no cold-calling.
* You will be the first point of contact for customers who enquire about sheds, garages, carports, and custom builds.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to inbound enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
2. Preparing quotes and sales proposals
3. Using our shed design/estimating software (training provided)
4. Guiding customers through options, pricing, and council requirements
5. Processing orders and coordinating with suppliers and installers
6. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence in selling and building rapport
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Attention to detail and good organisational habits
