This is a full‐time, Monday to Friday role located at Acacia Prison, Wooroloo, WA, 60 km east of Perth. Acacia is a medium‐security facility with approximately 1,590 male inmates.
As a Clinical Supervisor in the Programs Department at Acacia Prison, you'll be at the heart of meaningful change. This role is about leadership with purpose. You'll guide high‐quality, evidence‐based programmes that support rehabilitation, strengthen clinical practice and reduce re‐offending. Working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team, you'll help staff and inmates build safer, healthier futures for themselves and the wider community.
In This Role You Will
* Lead and support Psychologists, Social Workers and Programme Facilitators with clear clinical guidance
* Provide supervision, mentoring and coaching to uphold strong clinical standards
* Support facilitators through feedback, training and ongoing professional development
* Ensure programmes are inclusive, responsive and meet the needs of diverse prisoner populations
* Contribute to programme design, research and continuous improvement
* Foster a culture of respect, safety and wellbeing across the team

To Be Successful In This Role You'll Have
* A recognised degree in Social Work (AASW accredited) or full registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA), with a minimum of 2 years' experience
* Experience in group facilitation with complex behavioural or mental health needs
* Strong leadership skills and experience providing clinical supervision (highly regarded)
* Knowledge of evidence‐based interventions for offender rehabilitation
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team within a correctional or institutional setting
