Job Description:

A highly skilled Contracts Administrator is required to manage the contractual and administrative functions of residential construction projects. This role involves preparing and administering building contracts, managing variations, extensions of time, and progress claims.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration, a minimum 3 years' local experience in the residential construction industry, and excellent organisational skills.
