About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing high-quality assessments and interventions to support independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting
* To conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients in their own home
* To engage with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GP's and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care
* To write reports which meet the standards of funding bodies
Requirements:
* OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY DEGREE, WITH GENERAL AHPRA REGISTRATION
* ABILITY TO WORK WITHIN A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM AND ABILITY TO WORK AUTONOMOUSLY IN THE COMMUNITY
* FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA
* CLEAN DRIVER LICENCE, ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE AND COMPREHENSIVE CAR INSURANCE
