We are currently seeking a high‐calibre Test Engineer with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to join our growing team, working on enterprise‐grade environments and critical platform upgrade initiatives.
This is a hands‐on role where you will play a key part in validating and assuring ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring seamless performance across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
You'll work alongside architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high‐quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions, supporting mission‐critical business operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead and execute testing for ServiceNow version upgrades
* Validate functionality across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
* Test and assure custom applications built on the ServiceNow platform
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure defect‐free releases
* Contribute to test strategy, planning, and execution across environments
What You Bring:
* 2+ years' experience testing ServiceNow upgrades
* Strong hands‐on experience across:
o ITSM (IT Service Management)
o ITOM (IT Operations Management)
o Experience testing custom applications on the ServiceNow (NOW) platform
Nice to Have:
* Automation testing experience using:
o ATF (Automated Test Framework – ServiceNow)
o Selenium
o Java
* Exposure to enterprise‐scale ServiceNow environments
